France needs new governance

A new governance is imperative to restore breath in our democracy in France 

This day December 8th, 2018, 90 000 people of law enforcement - thought for them - mobilized in our streets, more than 1000 questionings, armored cars of the army in Paris.

The new order is underway.

At the same time, the poverty, more than five million poor people, the suffering, the unemployment, more than 10 percent of the population, the given upcities and territories, the injustices, the wounds and the splits of any order in our society as on the planet, continue to be.

Our democracy in France is sick, dying person.

It is enough!

How to restore its breath?

By sharing at first some convictions which can be a guide in our political choices and of society.

1/ to place us, in confidence, in the long time 

Act today by thinking tomorrow. 

Join completely the present time with a positive prospect for the future, 

In favour of the human development and in the shared confidence which it is possible to live together in peace and the mutual respect
 

2/ to favor the unity to the division 

Open the debate and admit the questioning 

Consider the diversity an added value

Value, with method, the constructive critical questioning

Know how to  first consider the facts and what they re-question ourselves at first

Do not disregard oppositions or paradoxes, contradictions 

Not be allowed lock there and favor what gathers and not what divides
 

3/ to register the legitimacy of the ruling in a dynamic approach, in a relation enriched continuously with the facts and the real-life experience of the society

The reality always overtakes the fiction  

Social, geopolitical, scientific new situations impose us a humility and a permanent reinterrogation in the confrontation with the concrete and the representation of each

4/ the governance is at first in the service of the other one,  and not of himself

By favoring at first the weakest, the most fragile, the most unwell 

In the service of the workers, the artisans, the entrepreneurs, the state employees, the creators, the parents, the elected representatives, of all who bring to the everyday life their contribution and their participation 

By respecting and by considering each other

Where the attention of each worn in the other one is protected by each as a rare and fragile pearl of our common heritage

A governance in the service of the general interest

To the first service of the French people and France

In the service of the current generations but also in the service of those of tomorrow 

In the service of the peace and of the cooperation, in Europe, on all the Mediterranean region, through all the world
